| The Donnelly region abounds in attractions of scenic and historic interest including wineries, museums and Karri forest walks. Donnelly River Holiday Village is also the midpoint of the popular Bibbulmun Track, which links Kalamunda to Albany.

The Karri ForestActivities are plentiful in the Karri forest. Visit the 70 metre King Karri, just a 25 minute walk north of the village. Take a relaxing stroll around the Donnelly lake and enjoy the local flora and fauna. The Four Aces is another popular place to experience the magnificent Karri trees. Other great scenic sites that shouldn't be missed are One Tree Bridge and Glenoran Pool. |
Animals roam freeNative fauna include kangaroos, possums, emus and plentiful bird life roaming free through the village. Don't miss Birds on Parade where our magpies, Port Lincoln parrots and kookaburras will visit your verandah for birdseed. |

WildflowersWildflowers abound in the Donnelly Valley during spring (September - November), when the flora is abundant and beautiful. Featured to the left is a Tree Hovea, native to Western Australia. Some of the varieties you will see around the village include Native Wisteria, Coral Creeper, Clematis and the Kangaroo Paw |
SwimmingThe Donnelly Lake, 500 metres from the Village is the perfect place for swimming, relaxing and enjoying a picnic or barbeque with the whole family. |

Flying fox and more...The flying fox is a popular activity at Donnelly River Holiday Village. It's a great thrill for children to fly through the air on a 50 metre ride through the trees. For those seeking alternative active pursuits there are tennis courts, volleyball, and a games room offering darts, pool & table tennis for hire. There is a TV & video in the games room but no TV or phones in the cottages. |
